Job Description

  • Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings
  • Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Answering the phone and answering queries
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Prepares reports by collecting information , memo’s , e-mails and other documents.
  • A secretary's duties may include drafting correspondence, reports and other documents.

Job Requirements

  • Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
