- Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance identifying and resolving problems , preparing and completing action plans .
- Responsible for maintaining call center database .
- Monitor and improve ordering ,telephone handling , dispatching ,incomplete & installation Procedure.
- Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between associates and customers .
Job Requirements
- 10+ experience in call centers - specially machinery or industrial sectors .
- Engineering bachelor degree .
- Proficient in relevant CRM/ERP application and call center systems.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics .
