Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the technical team to solve any issues facing the clients
- Develop and manage project timelines, and deliverables
- Provide regular reporting and communication to clients and internal teams on project status and progress
- Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Software.
- Fluent in English is MUST.
- 1+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in a Software house.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent client service
