Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the technical team to solve any issues facing the clients
  • Develop and manage project timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide regular reporting and communication to clients and internal teams on project status and progress
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Software.
  • Fluent in English is MUST.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in a Software house.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent client service
