Job Description

  • Answer telephones.
  • Create/ Complete forms.
  • Share in the collection Follow up circle , Project Tracking follow up.
  • Responsible for all the administrative duties and the day to day management of the firm. This includes all office administrative functions, accounting and banking, legal paperwork and public relations.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records.
  • Coordinate conference and meetings.
  • Coordinate with different departments inside the organization.
  • Following up with either in-house or external teams to assure achieving targets of each.
  • Managing the customer care/account management of existed customers.
  • Attending some rare outdoor business meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Self motivated and could work under pressure.
  • Females Only.
  • Age range from 25 to 30.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business administration or equivalent.
  • Diary Management.
  • Good Command of English Language.
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Good typing and keyboard skills.
  • Managing administrative processes.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
