Job Description
- Answer telephones.
- Create/ Complete forms.
- Share in the collection Follow up circle , Project Tracking follow up.
- Responsible for all the administrative duties and the day to day management of the firm. This includes all office administrative functions, accounting and banking, legal paperwork and public relations.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records.
- Coordinate conference and meetings.
- Coordinate with different departments inside the organization.
- Following up with either in-house or external teams to assure achieving targets of each.
- Managing the customer care/account management of existed customers.
- Attending some rare outdoor business meetings.

Job Requirements
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
