Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Specialist with a strong focus on social media advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media ad campaigns while driving sales and engagement through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.

• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall performance.

• Generate sales leads through targeted social media campaigns and direct engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad visuals and compelling copy.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

• Manage budgets for social media ad campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Prepare and present detailed performance reports and sales updates to management.

 

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing and sales with a specialization in social media advertising.

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.

• Familiarity with retargeting, A/B testing, and audience segmentation strategies.

3. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

4. Performance-Driven Mindset:

• Demonstrated success in driving sales through social media campaigns.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
