Job Description
- Working closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations.
- Responding to bids and RFPs.
- Articulating (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies.
- Working with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio.
- Monitoring relevant databases and platforms to identify potential opportunities and tenders to apply for.
- Working with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts.
- Administrating the CRM system.
- Design and maintain proposals templates.
- Representing the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in a pre-sales environment within software solutions business and preferable in e-learning.
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
- Technically skilled with a customer-focused mind and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations.
- Fluent English Language (Spoken & written).
- Fluent Arabic Language (Spoken & written).
- French Fluency is a plus.
