Job Description
- Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
- Sending & receiving e-mails, faxes and correspondences.
- Receiving Internal and External calls
- Writing detailed and comprehensive meeting minutes
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English language is a MUST "Writing, Speaking, Reading"
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 5+ Years of experience in the field of office management
- Females Only
- Presentable "CV Must Include Recent Photo"
- Must be graduated from privet university "AUC,BUE,CIC,GUC...."
- Have strong organizational skills, and excellent time management.
- Candidate must be well-organized, good team player, flexible, hard-worker, and motivated with positive energy and approach to work.
