Job Description

  • Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
  • Sending & receiving e-mails, faxes and correspondences.
  • Receiving Internal and External calls
  • Writing detailed and comprehensive meeting minutes
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English language is a MUST "Writing, Speaking, Reading"
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 5+ Years of experience in the field of office management
  • Females Only
  • Presentable "CV Must Include Recent Photo"
  • Must be graduated from privet university "AUC,BUE,CIC,GUC...."
  • Have strong organizational skills, and excellent time management.
  • Candidate must be well-organized, good team player, flexible, hard-worker, and motivated with positive energy and approach to work.
