- Candidate who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- The job description includes maintaining office services and operations, supervising office staff and maintaining office accounting records.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
- Recording office expenditure and managing the office running budget.
- Maintaining office equipment & arranging any repairs or replacements.
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and Office utilities.
- Responsible for Office boys monitoring.
- Record technical and business meeting minutes and disseminate action items to team
- members.
- Responsible for different recruitment activities.
- Maintains human resources records by recording Employees vacations, new hires and
- terminations.
- Ability to represent the company at major trade-shows and marketing forums.
- Orients new employees by providing orientation information reviewing company policies;
- Gathering withholding and other payroll information.
Job Requirements
- A female with 1+ year of experience in a similar/relevant position.
- Outstanding Communication Skills, great initiative and flawless execution
- Good command of English, oral and written.
- Creative thinker and ability to grasp software engineering technical concepts
- Excellent Windows & Microsoft office skills.
- Have strong organizational skills, and excellent time management.
- Candidate must be well-organized, good team player, flexible, hard-worker, and motivated with positive energy and approach to work.
- A higher education college degree is a must.
