- Maintain records for orders items and received.
- Process P.O.'s for materials, spare parts and other requirements.
- Prepare purchasing department budget and monitor the performance.
- Analyze market changes in order to asses material availability.
- Develop and implement specific purchasing policies, terms and conditions.
- Direct and supervise personnel engaged in buying.
- Continuous search for new suppliers and alternative materials to reduce on the risk.
- Reduce expenses and increase the purchasing efficiency.
- Continuous follow up the MRP and communication with planning section.
- Improve the purchasing cycle and cost of purchasing to the minimum.
- Monitoring and coaching all section activities to ensure the best performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Up to 8 years of experience in relevant field.
- Very good command of MS Excel and English
- High communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
