NOK Human Capital is hiring "Supply Chain Inventory Specialist" for one of the most well known E-commerce companies internationally.
The EMEA Startup Supply Chain team is looking for a motivated Inventory Specialist to support warehouse management activities across EMEA region. Warehouse management includes Inbound, Storage and Pickup flow, space management and quality checks
Job Description:
Coordinate warehousing activities of external contractors at EMEA projects.
Plan workload forecasting to anticipate volume peaks and support workforce staffing.
Investigate work flow and propose improvements for Inbound, Storage and Outbound processes.
Implement standards over all location with the support of Third Parties Contractors.
Set up control measures to ensure procedure and policies guidelines are met.
Work in partnership with Third party Contractors team to introduce innovative solutions and elevate Amazon Standards
Support reporting of Inventory status and monitor accuracy
Propose and support implementation of innovative solutions to simplify and automatize IT systems and in the same time facilitate collaborative working among multiple functions, including external parties.
Job Requirements
Basic qualifications
Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
2+ years of experience in warehouse & inventory supply chain management
Experience with ERP / MRP systems.
Excellent MS Office skills
Fluent/business proficient in English.
Ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet organizational capacity needs
Supply Chain Certification (APICS, CIPS, CSCMP, SCPro Council or equivalent) is a plus
Experience in large company with complex supply chain processes with multiple inventory locations is a plus.
