Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the purchasing strategy for KSA and Egypt.
Create a forecasting plan based on market analysis in for KSA and Egypt to determine the company's future needs for materials and equipment.
Coordinate and supervise the procurement process and related information in for KSA and Egypt.
Analyze data to monitor performance, plan improvements, and identify requirements.
Find cost-effective solutions for purchasing and procurement operations and ensure the company gets the best value for its money from the materials and equipment it buys.
Allocate and manage resources according to necessary changes.
Manage relationships and negotiate with customers and suppliers in for KSA, Egypt, and other countries.
Develop business by securing new contracts, analyzing supply problems, and finding new solutions in for KSA and Egypt.
Organize and develop the purchasing process on the Odoo platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a purchasing role in Contracting & Construction is must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Odoo)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
V.good in Arabic and English.

Experience in KSA market is a strong asset.
