Job Description
- Provide administrative and office support to executive departments or personnel.
- Daily inspection of organizing, arranging and cleaning the office.
- Schedule meetings and arrange meeting rooms.
- Notify the General Manager of any cancellations of meetings or approval of new meetings.
- Manage travel procedures and schedule.
- Dealing with requests for immediate access and provision of information as soon as possible.
- Preparation of correspondence and mail in a comprehensive manner.
- Arrange incoming and outgoing mail to be documented, recorded and numbered.
- Preparation of statistical reports.
- Receive visitors and greetings.
- Preparing confidential and sensitive documents and dealing with them honestly and faithfully.
- Coordination of office management activities.
- Identify and address top priority issues accordingly.
- Dealing with verbal orders and making decisions.
- Manually deal with office equipment, such as computers , camera, scanner and others.
- Follow-up instructions and instructions issued by the manager that have been forwarded to the executives.
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls.
- Sign the airmail post parcels.
- Working outside the official working hours should be required.
- Any other task may be assigned.
