Job Description

Job Purpose
To lead and manage the HR function with a strong focus on building a structured, disciplined, and performance-driven culture. Responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, policy enforcement, employee relations, and establishing institutional control to support the company’s growth and governance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals including restructuring, governance, and performance culture.
- Translate 2025 objectives into HR operational plans.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee the entire hiring cycle to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality recruitment.
- Prevent favoritism and unqualified hiring by standardizing recruitment procedures.
- Ensure that only qualified, value-aligned individuals are hired.
Workforce Planning & Organization Structure
- Establish clear organizational charts and staffing plans based on workload and profitability, not personal influence.
- Eliminate redundant roles and informal power centers.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement KPI-driven performance management systems.
- Create an accountability framework with clear appraisal timelines and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Enforce HR policies that promote discipline, respect, and professionalism.
- Handle conflict resolution and establish a fair disciplinary process.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure that all employee records (contracts, personal files, attendance) are up to date and legally compliant.
- Align work hours and employee benefits with Egyptian labor law.
Organizational Culture & Internal Loyalty
- Rebuild employee loyalty to the organization, not individuals.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives that reduce internal divisions.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Implement digital HR tools for attendance, payroll, and recruitment.
- Provide regular HR reports to the CEO on hiring, turnover, compliance, and morale.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Leadership abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management; MSc is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or logistics industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and enforce discipline.
