Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development strategies to support the university’s mission and objectives.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
Proven track record in designing and implementing OD strategies within large organizations, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with HR systems, performance management tools, and employee engagement platforms.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
