Job Purpose:

We are hiring Registered Nurse to provide medical care to patients by monitoring vital signs, gathering information about healthcare problems, and offering emotional support. Recording vital signs, assisting doctors with a diagnosis, and completing paperwork. Monitoring patients, administers medications, keeps records, teaching, counseling patients and their families on health-related issues in collaboration with other health care providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and implementing for patients treatment plans
  • Monitoring & recording medical information and vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
  • Providing advice & emotional support to patients and relatives.
  • Advising patients and relatives on health-related issues
  • Supporting & assisting surgeons during surgery.
  • Completing patients’ records & paperwork relating to patient care and progress.
  • Monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
  • Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
  • Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
  • Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
  • Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
  • Administering non-intravenous medications.
  • Assessing, implementing, planning, evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
  • Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
  • Monitoring patient’s condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Observing and interpreting patient’s symptoms and communicating them to physicians
  • Performing routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
  • Adjusting and administering patient’s medication and providing treatments according to physician’s orders
  • Inspecting the facilities and acting to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
  • Providing instant medical care in emergencies
  • Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
  • Providing the correct dosage of medicine to patients, administering IVs based on their patients’ conditions
  • Monitoring, assessing, addressing, documenting and reporting symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
  • Operating or monitoring medical apparatus or equipment
  • Developing and implementing discharge planning process on admission of patients
  • Providing nursing care, supportive counselling and life skills programming to patients in long-term care treatment

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing /health-related field
  • licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Ability to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling
  • Professional, friendly attitude & experience in home health care
  • Solid Experience in emergency room or intensive care.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
