About ZambalitaFit:
ZambalitaFit is a women-led wellness platform offering holistic fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness programs designed specifically for women over 40. Through our interactive online sessions, personalized nutrition plans, and support groups, we empower women to move, eat, and live better — all from the comfort of their homes.
We’re expanding our team of coaches and nutritionists and looking for passionate, certified professionals to join us in this mission.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Wellness Coaches Specializing In:
- Yoga (Beginners, Flow, Gentle)
- Pilates
- Zumba or Dance Fitness
- Mobility or Functional Training
- Breathwork or Meditation
- Art Therapy or Emotional Wellness
- Other women-focused wellness specialties
2. Certified Nutritionists Experienced In:
- Personalized nutrition planning (weight loss, hormonal balance, lifestyle health)
- Low-carb, balanced diets, and holistic nutrition
- Online consultations via Zoom/WhatsApp
- Guiding clients in combination with exercise and wellness programs
Job Requirements
General Requirments:
● For Coaches, at least 2 years’ experience as a wellness coach, fitness instructor, or similar role, preferably working with women over 40 and certification in the specialized discipline: yoga, fitness training, Zumba, or Pilates.
● Nutritionists need at least 3 years’ experience, preferably working with women over 40, and certification in the specialized discipline.
● Strong understanding of holistic wellness principles, including exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients remotely.
● Comfortable leading live online classes and using digital platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
● Ability to create inclusive, adaptable programs for diverse fitness levels and health backgrounds.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
● Fluent in English and/or Arabic; strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Passion for women’s health, empowerment, and community building.
● Based in Cairo or Egypt, with reliable internet access and a suitable space for conducting online classes.
Key Responsibilities:
For Coaches: Lead live online group classes (on Zoom) for women 40+, using beginner-friendly and supportive instruction.
For Nutritionists: Conduct online consultations, create tailored nutrition plans, and track client progress.
Inspire, motivate, and guide clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Collaborate with other coaches, nutritionists, and ZambalitaFit’s support team for a holistic client experience.
Participate in occasional community sessions, events, or workshops.

Proven experience in group coaching or nutrition consulting (online or in-person)
- Certification in your wellness or nutrition field (required)
- Excellent Arabic & English communication
- Comfortable using Zoom, WhatsApp, and online tools
- Passion for supporting and working with women 40+
- Friendly, engaging personality with a growth mindset
