Job Description
- Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the service delivery department
- Supervising other members of the service delivery team
- Allocates projects to the Technical Team, based on individual load and priorities
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
- Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
- Conducting periodic appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement
- Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management
- Present, promote services to existing and prospective customers
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and motivation, as well as problem solving capability and team working.
- Ensure that all tools required to do the scheduled tasks are available prior to the start of the project
- Liaise with a team of multi-skilled design engineers to propose perfect solutions
- Working closely with Team leaders network engineers to design, Configure enterprise networks.
- Participate in technical meetings
- Participate in customer site surveys
- Conduct on job training for customer users
- Develop all documents relevant to tasks in the project
- Develop all drawings related to tasks in the project
- Participate in the Integration test and Acceptance test
- Prepare Documentations according to customer technical specifications
- Opportunity to work with innovative technologies and be an integral part of the project lifecycle
Job Requirements
- 10 years Technical experience in a range of technologies including Routing, Switching, Collaboration, Security and Data center, CCIE certified is preferred
- Associate’s/College degree; BSc or relevant field.
- Strong Team Management Skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong knowledge of network design documentation – HLD and LLD
- Network design validation and network LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security and Data Centre
- Strong customer facing experience, with the ability to converse with technical and non-technical stakeholders
