Job Description
- Inspecting Inverters and drives also conducting routine maintenance.
- Providing technical support for variable speed drives.
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Receive end-user calls.
- Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
- Provide customer training on different Solar solution.
- Provide end-users with technical support via visiting customer side, call, or e-mail.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
- Coordinating and working closely with all technical team.
- Alerting management when necessary for high visibility and critical issues.
- Maintaining documentation for all maintenance cases.
- Following-up with customers until the issue is resolved.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering,
- Experience in solar energy systems is extra requirement.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
