Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Corporate Travel Consultant at Cozmo Travel, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing all aspects of corporate travel for clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and ground transportation. You will work closely with clients to ensure their travel needs are met while adhering to company and client travel policies. You will also be tasked with optimizing travel itineraries for cost efficiency, time management, and client preferences. Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors will be key to ensuring seamless service and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, book, and manage all aspects of corporate travel, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and ground transportation for clients.
  • Understand and adhere to client travel policies, ensuring all bookings comply with established guidelines.
  • Provide professional travel advice, optimizing itineraries based on cost, time efficiency, and client preferences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies) to negotiate the best deals and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs with prompt and efficient resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement clear, standardized booking processes to reduce errors and enhance consistency, improving client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, new technologies, and safety protocols to provide informed advice.


Operational Management:

  • Efficiently manage the entire booking process for flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transportation.
  • Provide regular reports on travel costs, savings, and key performance metrics to senior management, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

Job Requirements

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel processes, visa requirements, and airline policies.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) 
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to handle multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  • Passion for Travel.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Travel Management or related field.
  • IATA certification is desirable.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years experience in travel industry 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with a focus on corporate travel.
