Job Description
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Responsible for all functional consultants, team leaders, PM’s and Technical department with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
- Oversee project budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Regular meetings with Managing Director around running the operation.
- Follow up the project’s status and risks with PM’s.
- Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities.
- Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects.
- Compare information builder’s product offering at a technical level with competitive products.
- Assists with the creation of a sales cycle plan.
- Manages hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and Professional Services) for live project implementation.
- Determining the responsibilities of project technical team members.
- Determine project documentation and communication standards.
- Ensuring Technical Staff Training on New Modules introduced to the systems.
- Evaluating project progress related to the Technical Part as the Customizations and integrations Between the systems.
- Evaluating the efficiency and performance of the Technical Team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operation management or related field.
- Commitment to social justice and the mission.
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong background and work experience in Finance.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
- Presentable.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- 5 plus years’ experience in management.
- Knowledge of government contract management and experience in organizational effectiveness and operation management implementing best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Budget development and oversight experience.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Knowledge of tax and other compliance implications of non-profit status.
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
- Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes.
