Ensuring Support in all Human Resources functions in the company.
Optimize organizational delivery by maintaining a critical mass of competent people whilst ensuring best fit appointments through the utilization of appropriate recruitment and selection processes and the management thereof.
Ensure that individual, team and operational performance is at an optimal level through the collation and processing of performance management and enhancement processes and methodologies
Ensure staff are informed and well educated about the utilization and management of their benefits as it relates to Retirement Risk as well as Medical Aid.
Provide support and advice to enhance employee and line management interface in relation to the consistent and fair management and application of all labor relations legislation, processes.
Ensure successful integration of employees through the application and maintenance of best practice orientation, probation and transition management processes.
Establish and maintain appropriate policies, processes and procedures relating to all aspects of HR management including updating policy manuals.
Enhance employee engagement through the communication of relevant HR and other management communication.
Create a highly visible and positive experience and atmosphere through the professional engagement with both internal and external contacts including dealing with inquiries in a courteous and timeous manner.
Pro actively ensure compliance to all relevant legislative and company requirements as it pertains to people related matters and including all activities in the area of responsibility.
