Job Description
- Understand the software application functionality and suggesting Process Improvements/ automation through utilizing the system features
- Diagnose the root causes of application errors and communicate application vendor for 2nd line support
- Manage users accounts on the system
- Monitoring the application Performance metrics
- Provide users training on regular basis and answer all inquiries as a focal point
- Providing first line support to application users in the organization.
- Diagnose & address application issues
Job Requirements
- 1 : 4 Years Of Experience
- Bitrix 24 application experience is preferred But not mandatory
- Bachelor Degree – “Computer Science is Preferred”
