Job Description
- Provide expertise in the areas of Fusion
- Develop and Implement new solutions based on business needs
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development
- Facilitate business by Testing, Troubleshooting
- Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the implemented solutions
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle EBS HCM and build solutions for them
- Responsible for Payroll processes and following setups for Elements, Balance definitions, Calculation cards, Object groups, Payroll Relationships
- Responsible for the setup and maintain payroll costing (Costing of Elements and Departments)
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle EBS HCM functionality
- Assist business by preparing validation formulas and testing scenarios.
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle EBS HCM Cloud Fusion configurations/setups and provide support.
- Develops and documents the Company's expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle EBS HCM Modules.
