Job Description
. Design, build, customize, and support Oracle EBS for finance, sales, and supply chain modules.
· Build custom solutions including but not limited to forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows, OAF extensions/customizations and personalization per oracle’s recommended standards.
· Review requirement documents; proposes and designs solutions; estimates efforts, creates technical design, deployment, and other required documents per the corporate standards and processes.
· Provide production support, documentation and deliver onto ad-hoc requests.
· Develop appropriate testing scenarios and scripts when needed.
· Responsible for troubleshooting, identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, documentation, providing the best solution to the problem and resolving complex production issues.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends in related technology.
· Ensure potential risks are eliminated in a timely manner.
· Engage in periodic services disaster recovery drills to ensure that all applications are up to date.
· Assist infrastructure and other development teams in resolving issues.
· Provide L3 support for local and regional operations teams.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.
· Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
· Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
· 3 - 5 years of strong development and support experience with excellent problem-solving skills on Oracle EBS R12 environment.
· Excellent work experience in designing, building, customizing, and supporting different objects for Oracle EBS R12.
· Good technical skills in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, Reports, Forms, XML/BI Publisher, JDeveloper, OAF Customizations, Extensions, Workflows, ISG and other tool sets needed to support Oracle EBS are must to have.
· Knowledge in:
· Techno-Functional modules such as Oracle Financials and Supply Chain is required.
· Java is a plus
· Ability to effectively work within a geographically diverse team.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
· Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
· Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
· Can identify, recommend, and implement solutions for problems. Capable of making timely decisions and anticipating consequences.
· Ensure deliverable are always of a high quality.
