- Following admission process of MBA applicants.
- Coordination our partnership with Swiss School of Management.
- Holding new partnerships with training companies.
- Writing training proposals for the concerned identities.
- Looking for events which the academy could participate.
- Setting monthly plan to achieve the academy goals.
- Organizing events, workshops and training.
- Attracting new trainers who have good reputation.
- Participating in marketing for trainings and courses.
- Writing reports every month.
- Making evaluation after every training to collect feedback.
- Following making certificates for the applicants after every training.
- Reaching out training and employment event to participate.
- Following collecting fees from trainees for every training.
- Making contracts with trainers and following they receive their fees.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the development and training field.
- High planning, and organizing skills.
- Searching and market studying abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Experience in business development.
- Customer Oriented.
- Knowledge in PR and Partnership management.
- Marketing Fundamentals and experience.
