Job Description

  • Apply daily attendance transactions on HR system, and prepare monthly report with payroll variables.
  • Follow up & ensure the vacations plan are implemented on time, and prepare report with variance.
  • Prepare annual vacations sheets, take employees signature and save it in employees’ files.
  • Ensure and maintain employees' data base continually updated.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly salary slips.
  • Manage & distribute sessional gifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • B.A in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Males only can Apply
  • Principles and procedures for Compensation & Benefits.
  • Professional knowledge and awareness in medical insurance
