Job Description
- Apply daily attendance transactions on HR system, and prepare monthly report with payroll variables.
- Follow up & ensure the vacations plan are implemented on time, and prepare report with variance.
- Prepare annual vacations sheets, take employees signature and save it in employees’ files.
- Ensure and maintain employees' data base continually updated.
- Prepare and distribute monthly salary slips.
- Manage & distribute sessional gifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- B.A in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Males only can Apply
- Principles and procedures for Compensation & Benefits.
- Professional knowledge and awareness in medical insurance
