Job Description
Job Objectives:
- To lead and achieve the growth and expansion plan and maximizing the profit through rational leadership of marketing and sales professional structure
Planning:
- Stetting the Gap analysis through evaluating the current status versus the expectations
- Prepares estimate BP annual budget and goal setting process for entire year
- Forecasting the sales target, net profit and the competitors movements
- Setting the targets of the growth and expansion. How to achieve it
- Setting KPIS
- Monitors analysis Monthly/Qtr stores P&L benchmarks, communicate Audit results
- Monitors consistently stores reports (KPI’s - markups /markdowns) compare it to BP
- Oversee appropriate security level and stock control to minimize shrinkage/stock loss
- Setting the KPIs of achieving the sales target and the targeted profit
- Formulating the KPIs of the growth process and the expansion plan
- Setting the marketing activities KPIs
- Organizing
- Determine the needs (financial – marketing – logistic – Human) to achieve the plan
- Build professional sales and marketing team
- Liaising with inventory/distribution to ensure SKU's and product mix targets are met
- Providing regular analysis of merchandise “SKU’s – Categories –Deps. – sub class”
- Fostering brands reputation, Ensure operation complies with brand partner’s standard
- Market insight about competitors and mystery shopping consumer research
- Undertakes administrative tasks to ensure policies and procedures are applied
- Ensure promotional materials supplied and implemented as per trading calendar
- Identifying opportunities from sales performance based on merchandising analysis
Development:

Work Environment:
- Managerial position required 40% floor work base and 60% office work base
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Faculty of commerce bachelor degree Major Marketing or any equivalent degree.
- MBA Holder.
- Professional and credential certificate specialized in retail management.
- Professional studies in marketing and sales.
- Experience not less than 15 years.
- Gender: Any.
Other Skills:
- Analytical ability for analyzing customer business needs.
- Good presentation, communication & negotiation skills.
- Able to establish good relationships with all business parties.
