Job Description

  • Responsible for day to day operations according to responsibilities delegated.
  • Responsible for overall services provided within the facility.
  • Make arrangements for any external meetings and events.
  • Handle employees’ requests and queries in a professional manner, and assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Responsible for the contracts related to the administrative services.
  • Create BU purchase requisitions and work through ERP.
  • Communicating with the Finance Department in invoicing issues.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Keeps record of all documentation, either hard or soft copies, and develops well-organized database, so as to be able to track records at all times

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 yrs of experience
  • Strong PC skills (Excel & Word)
  • Very good command of English
  • Accounting / Finance/ Business Administration graduate is an asset
  • Preferably nearby resident
  • Energetic with strong organization & follow up skills
  • Effective communication skills
