Job Description
- Responsible for day to day operations according to responsibilities delegated.
- Responsible for overall services provided within the facility.
- Make arrangements for any external meetings and events.
- Handle employees’ requests and queries in a professional manner, and assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Responsible for the contracts related to the administrative services.
- Create BU purchase requisitions and work through ERP.
- Communicating with the Finance Department in invoicing issues.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Keeps record of all documentation, either hard or soft copies, and develops well-organized database, so as to be able to track records at all times
Job Requirements
- 1-3 yrs of experience
- Strong PC skills (Excel & Word)
- Very good command of English
- Accounting / Finance/ Business Administration graduate is an asset
- Preferably nearby resident
- Energetic with strong organization & follow up skills
- Effective communication skills
