Job Description
Working Conditions
- Fixed Hours
- From 7 AM To 4 PM
- From 8 AM To 5 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Responsibilties:
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
Job Requirements
Major:
- Graduates only
- One year experience in a call center or customer service environment
- knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Fluent in English
- English High School graduates will be an asset.
