Job Description
- Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible
- Analyzes the recruitment software and recommends and implements changes to it
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure that employees work effectively to meet and exceed the business expectations.
- Ensure employee maintains high level of professionalism and competence in their assigned work duties.
- Build positive and achievement oriented work environment for employees
- Develop team building programs to ensure integrity and consistency between various teams.
- Develop change management program to support and implement new initiatives.
- Stay abreast with organizational development trends.
- Assist in preparing training programs, tools and materials to improve employee skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the Business/Management field
- Preferably AUC, GUC, MIU graduates.
- Years of experience:0-2
- Fluent English is must
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Females only
