Job Description
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Developing and organizing marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Manage surgeries, nurses, supplies, doctors, staff, financing and patient care
- Responsible for the Center’s growth locally and for medical tourism
- Ensure the needs of the clinic as well as its physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals are met.
Job Requirements
- An internationally recognized medical center in Egypt is looking for a new manager with the following requirements:
- At least 4 years experience in Managing Clinical or hospital Operations
- At least 2 years experience in healthcare marketing or medical marketing
- Higher degree in hospital management or related degree is a plus
- Excellent people management skills; ability to motivate and challenge staff; high frustration and ambiguity tolerance
- Ability to bridge the gap between administrative demands and clinical needs.
- Proficient in English communication and good computer skills is a must
- Knowledge of internet marketing is a plus but not required
