Job Description
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs.
- Measure, assess and agree on contract variations.
- Timely submission and negotiation of final accounts to the client/ main contractor and subcontractors.
- Managing and producing accurate formal reports in accordance with the project time plan.
Job Requirements
- Holder of BSc. in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical).
- From 2 to 4 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor within construction and/or consulting organisation.
- Able to provide both summarized and detailed reports.
- Demonstrable experience in various construction contracts.
