We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost estimation, quantity take-off, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing BOQs, managing cost control processes, and supporting project budgeting and procurement.
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within construction or contracting companies
- Proficient in preparing and reviewing BOQs, take-offs, and cost estimates
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software (e.g., PlanSwift, CostX)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage subcontractor evaluations and claims
