We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal regulations and organizational goals.
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Demonstrate a track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
