Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily warehouse tasks (receiving, storage, distribution) and ensure efficient layout.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct audits, and reduce waste/loss.
- Logistics: Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and projects; manage shipments and logistics.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure safety compliance.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE regulations and maintain documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements and technology upgrades.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in construction.
- Based in Alexandria.
- Deep knowledge of construction materials and supply chain processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in warehouse systems and MS Office.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental standards.
