Job Description
This is a full-time from office role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, administrative assistance. Tasks include coordinating with clients to develop and execute their marketing strategies, managing budgets and resources, and optimizing campaigns for performance.
Job Requirements
- Moderate analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Operations management experience, preferably in a marketing or ecommerce field
- Customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Administrative assistance experience, including project management and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience with web development, SEO, SEM, and social media management is a plus
