Job Description
- Receive the work plan to follow up the dates of arrival of shipments, prepare the appropriate places, and ensure the availability of the required packing requirements in the stores.
- Supervising the receipt of raw materials and determining the place of storage and operation line to save costs.
- Preparing the production plan after examining the raw materials to determine the operational plan (operating line, sieve size, number of production stages).
- Distributing tasks to the work team according to the production plan and ensuring their commitment to implement the tasks with the required quality on time.
- Supervising the process of implementing the production plan according to the shipping schedule to ensure that the products are delivered on the required dates.
- Coordination between the various departments and sections to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
- Delivering the products after the production process to the warehouse management to store and preserve them according to the required quality standards and conditions.
- Supervising the packing process to ensure that the products are packed into the correct sacks and that all necessary data such as production date and customer data are available in coordination with the Logistics Department.
- Participation in technical inspection committees before and during the production process to ensure that they comply with quality standards.
- Follow up on the requirements of the Food Safety Authority by examining samples of the last product, and following up on the work of technical tests for workers, workplaces, and machines to ensure compliance with the specified policies.
- Follow up on pest control work to ensure the safety of the factory and warehouses.
- Follow up on recording all technical observations of the suppliers and share the reports on the technical opinion with the concerned department to ensure that the best raw materials and production requirements are purchased from the best suppliers by the company's policies.
- Ensure that all workers in the factory are committed to the factory's occupational health and safety policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Very good command of both written and spoken English
- Preferred sector FMCG
