This position is responsible for planning and following all stages of model production and ensuring the providence of all the necessary materials for the product to allow production to reach the required quality with the lowest cost and efficiency.


Responsibilities

1. Receipt technical info (Style Sheet) to start work on product samples before the operation stage.

2. Follow up sample preparation before the operation stage to get operating approval from the Head of Production Planning.

3. Prepare a detailed model description.

4. Pricing Finished product samples with more than factory to get the best price.

5. Determine BOM to operate a certain quantity of products.

6. Issuance of product models operating orders to the internal and external factories.

7. Follow up implementation of product models operating orders with Material Planning and Warehouses.

8. Review before operating samples with the Technical Office.

9. Follow up the coding process with the Financial Management work orders for the operation.

10. Follow up on all stages of production (shear - Printing - Embroidery - operating - Washing - dyeing – packing).

11. Follow Up by sending necessary data to Financial Management for developing cost statement (printing prices of embroidery and dyeing - BOM).

12. Planning the product-making procedure, from samples to final production.
