Job Description

  • Execute recruiting plan and follow up on the interview process status.
  • Screen applicant's CVS to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Job posting.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and work closely with them to identify, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • On boarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure organisation initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees
    Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications or regular email bulletin.
  • Assist in planning, creating and implementing each year's training courses and Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
  • Seek and gather information from management, employees, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
  • Train new hires on company policies and procedures.
  • Support in any other requested Tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • From 1 – 3 as an HR Generalist and managing all phases of the recruitment, training, and internal communication.
  • Experience at Real Estate field is a Must
