Job Description

  • Process payroll for employees in the organization.
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting face-to-face interview, assessments.
  • Preparing Job offers, HR letters, Experience letters ,etc.
  • Updating & sending weekly & monthly reports to direct manager and business side.
  • Participate in preparing annual salary increase for employees.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of business administration or any relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in same position.
  • HR Diploma is a plus.
  • SAP user is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
