Job Description
- Responsible for architecting and designing secure and reliable cloud environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams on defining architectural standards and best practices.
- Understand business requirements, create technical requirements and apply design methods and standards for quality design approach, provide HLD, LLD architecture solutions, secure stakeholders’ approval and handoff for implementation.
- Solution and design for capacity planning, dimensioning, lead performance discussion, and vendor management.
- Lead the operations and support for cloud computing service provider with all services IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
Job Requirements
- OpenStack and/or VMware Specialist - Cloud Provider certification (preferred);
- A proven track record of service delivery excellence with 8+ years of experience in technology leadership and consulting services.
- 5+ years' experience in implementing Private cloud solution with good Knowledge of OpenStack /VMware’s cloud management platform;
- Having a domain-level understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, Network Architecture, Virtualization, Application Management, and Security.
- Hands-on experience with private cloud architectures, operations, design, and workload assessments.
- Possession of a demonstrable understanding of modern architectural patterns such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization platforms, and orchestrations.
- Solid proven experience of VDI solution (Horizon and/or Citrix).
- Experience in Software define Compute, storage, and network,.
- Knowledge in AD architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, group policy, security, schema changes, etc.).
- Knowledge of DNS, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication, including authentication with other technologies for Single Sign-On.
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
- Practical working knowledge of network and security networks.
- Infra-monitoring tools and capacity planning tools.
- Strong Experience with data center service management services and tools such as Microfocus or BMC ITSM.
- Very good experience with ITIL frameworks.
