Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, including partnerships, projects, and new market entries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other key industry players.
Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, engineering, finance) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
