Job Summary:


As a Call Center Agent specializing in Tech Support, your primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing issues with their electronic devices, software, or other technical products. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Fluent English.
