About the Job
  • Assist the Embassy’s First Secretary (Administration & Consular) in office management and appointments
  • Communicating with Government Organization and external parties
  • Drafting official correspondence and diplomatic notes in English and Arabic
  • Vehicle Fleet Record Management
  • Maintenance of the office records and documents

Job Requirements
  • Egyptian Nationality with a good degree from a recognized university
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Adept in translation from Arabic to English and vice-versa
  • Able to work in a team
  • Competent in IT
  • Willing to work additional hours if required
  • Possesses strong administrative, organizational and time management skills
