Job Description

The employer is a wellness and beauty institute. This manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Institute, including overseeing employees and reporting to the top management, responsibilities include but not limited to: Overseeing services, managing employees, handling customers’ complaints and requests, Stock level monitoring, conducting trainings and workshops, keeping staff up to date with skills, handling employee relations including hiring and interviewing, disciplinary actions, performance reviews. Liaise with Accounting, management, IT departments and service providers.

The Institute manager should be able to Identify new opportunities, create new promotions, handle events planning, set targets and meet potential B to B entities.

He/she should be aware of the internal institute operating manual acting as custodian, he/she should adhere, implement and finally monitor that all rules and regulations are carried out at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial budget, control costs and prepare revenue and expense reports for owners/board of directors
  • Ensure the Institute’s operating procedures and policies manuals are implemented and updated as required
  • Attend management meetings/service providers, stakeholders/staff
  • Supervise daily Institute operations and liaise with department heads to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and service standards are upheld
  • Assist in the development and updating of the Institute menu
  • Manage client feedback
  • Reference and abide by the Institute’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
  • Develop new business opportunities and plan network expansion
  • Prepare sales program for Oncologists and referrals in general
  • Set sales targets and monitor sales and prepare monthly reports
  • Manage external service providers Legal, IT, Accounting, Audits
  • Monitor quality and safety regulations
  • Prepare budgets.
