Job Description

  • Following up on hiring status, review employment applications and compare them with manpower plan.  
  • Participating in employment fairs and promoting the name of the company. 
  • Communicate with department directors and department heads to coordinate the technical interviews.
  • Following up on the accepted candidate’s job offers and make sure the completed all the hiring documents. 
  •  Responsible for delivering orientation program for new employees, and explain company's vision, goals, values, internal systems and hospital policies.
  •  Implement the performance appraisal system, review all the evaluations of each department and prepare all the needed reports. 
  • Continuously updating the organizational structure and job description under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
  • Carrying out surveys and implementing employee incentive programs monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Identify development and training needs of hospital’s staff with departmental managers and ensure the right implementation in coordination with the Group training & development department.
  • Responsible for the implementing the approved training plan, follow up on training evaluation, and send the employee’s feedback. 
  • Prepare monthly & annual reports and submitting them to the Human Resources Manager.
  • Responsible for implement group’s benefits & compensation system, such as social & medical insurance and other group benefits and make sure that all employees know how to use their medical insurance. 
  • Conducting exit interviews  with the resigned employees to find out the reasons for the resignations and sending a monthly report to the Human Resources Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of business administration or any relevant field.
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions. 
  •  Heliopolis residents are preferable. 
  • HR Diploma, certificate is a plus.
