- Ensure that all payroll transactions are processed efficiently by reviewing the earning and deductions.
- Calculate and revise the allowances and benefits from the company's policy.
- Review variable Incentives, Commissions and overtime to be compliant with the company policies and procedures.
- Review social insurance, income tax and other governmental payments.
- Prepare reports about payroll & benefits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field
- Very Good level of English
- Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc..)
