Job Description
- Help in recruitment processes (Advertising, Searching CVs on the internet, screening, interviews arrangements, and Hiring procedures).
- Training Activities (Training Needs collection, recording, Contact training firms to get plans, prices and arrange tailored programs, programs preparation and internal programs management, programs evaluation and needed actions,
- Performance Appraisal System.
- Assist in Company Job Descriptions (arrange with departments, collect drafts, arrange meetings, file and update when needed).
- Assist in Healthcare procedures and staff services.
- Develop the internal processes of the company which are related to the HR department.
- Corporate Support Director assistant tasks.
- Top management assistance (air tickets, meetings arrangements, and others).
- Company guests arrangements (air tickets, hotel reservations, transportation … )
Job Requirements
- University degree or equivalent .
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- Experience in industrial field will be an asset.
- Excellent office computer skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Leadership, communication and presentation skills.
