About the Job
  • Circulate job posting via the different sourcing channels to enhance data bank
  • Run year round interviews to buffer a backup for Headcount (HC) shortage
  • Conduct HR interviews and select competent calibers matching the organization culture to fulfill workforce plans
  • Ensure the implementation of the induction program for all new hires
  • Follow up the probationary period evaluation to measure the selection success
  • Conduct exit interviews for all leavers to identify the regretted attrition %
  • Ensure a proper communication with personnel team to cover the HC shortage
  • Generate the recruitment statistical reports on monthly basis
